The new cycle of screenings of the festival opens with the screening of the film Claps e peraulis by Stefano Giacomuzzi, winner of the Special Prize ‘Changing Landscapes’ 2024 that the Fondazione Benetton awards, as part of the Edera Film Festival, to a work that is particularly significant for the theme of landscape, in its continuous evolution, and for its look at the relationship of people and communities with their places of life.
A topic that has always been at the centre of the Foundation’s attention, which, among its various in-depth and popularisation activities, organises this film festival in the conviction that the language of cinema, with its capacity for vision, its poetry and also its immediacy, can make a significant contribution to reflection on these issues.
