Studi Veneti Series

Directed by Maurice Aymard, Piero Del Negro, Gherardo Ortalli
The series, conceived in 1987 by Gaetano Cozzi, was one of the Foundation’s first research and publishing projects in the field of historical studies related to the region. It offered space for works that openly addressed the relationship between the “dominant” and the “dominated,” between state and church, and between politics and culture in the Veneto mainland, particularly the Treviso area, in the modern era.
The series, last published in 2006, is divided into three series: “Monographs,” “Trevigian Countryside in the Modern Age,” and “Emigration.”
