Dear user,
in compliance with privacy regulations[1], Fondazione Benetton – private not for profit foundation – would like to give you some information on processing of the personal data you have provided to subscribe to the Newsletter service.
Your personal data are processed in order to inform you on the cultural initiatives of the Foundation as well as to pursue the legitimate interests of our Foundation related to the performance of certain activities for internal organisational and administrative purposes (for example to make the Foundation’s contacts aware of certain significant cultural activities that said contacts may be interested in).
Your personal data must be provided for these aims and failing them, Fondazione Benetton would be unable to examine your request and send you information on its cultural and institutional initiatives. Your consent or the pursuit of the Controller’s legitimate interest is the legal basis of the processing.
Our Foundation will store your personal data for as long as you don’t request their deletion. We would like to remind you that you may unsubscribe at any time simply by clicking the unsubscribe button featured in every email sent by Fondazione Benetton.
Your personal data may also be processed with electronic instruments and sent to our specific offices (e.g.: General Secretariat) and to the relevant people in charge of processing said data for the aforementioned aims. Your personal data shall be mainly processed in Italy. The Controller might transfer some data to third party countries for the performance of specific services (e.g. for mailing list services), in full compliance with the adequacy requirements set forth by the Regulation.
Please note that you have the right[2] to ask Fondazione Benetton to access your personal data and rectify them if incorrect, delete them, restrict their processing if applicable, or to object to their processing for reasons connected to your specific situation. For requests to exercise your rights you may contact the Director of our Foundation, at the addresses provided herein.

Finally, we would like to remind you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Guarantor of Personal Data Protection, should you believe any breach of your data protection rights requires doing so.
