Looking at this world in movement, the programme for the days involves a set of four sessions that begin with the theme of “commons” in landscape history and culture, and then move on to how urban and architectural culture has considered the role and image of these spaces. The structure of the urban landscape, the interaction of man with “spontaneous” vegetation, the project, are the subject matter of the third session, while the last one develops a comparison between experiences that operate in a field laden with many angles, all oriented towards a new way of conceiving the project, “informal”, as commons have been since they made their first appearance.

These and other themes will be discussed over the two days, without forgetting the input of different interpretations such as those offered by cinematography, where unbuilt urban spaces are the elective places for understanding the mutability of the idea of representation, and polysemic “new commons” provide glimpses of a new world and city.
